ZapTransfer is a file sharing service that allows you to upload and share files with others. We provide temporary file storage and sharing capabilities.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use ZapTransfer to:

• Share illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
• Abuse or overload our service

3. File Storage and Deletion

Files uploaded to ZapTransfer are automatically deleted after their expiration period (default 7 days). We may delete files earlier if they violate these terms or for operational reasons.

4. Privacy and Security

We use encryption to protect your files and do not access or examine their contents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZapTransfer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
